Conditions of Use

1. General Terms

a.) This contract shall be governed by German Law regardless whether the customer resides abroad.

b.) All prices are calculated in Euro incusive German-VAT.

c.) Other terms and conditions of sale have executed a seperate contract which specifically supersedes and replaces these terms and conditions. Written acknowledgement is mandatory.

d.) The offer is not binding. Errors excepted.

2. Orders

Because all our Products are handmade and also unique, please note that the pictures shown on the Website may differ from the actual products. Deviations in colour and minor variations in design do not entitle the customer to reduction of price, claim compensation or withdrawal from contract.

3. Delivery

Our Goods are Generally Delivered by Postal Office, UPS or DHL. If we are out of Stock you will be informed immediately.

4. Delivery Rules

Your dispatch cost sharing on delivery within Germany is 3.95 Euro for one item and 6 Euro for more than 2 items. At shipment by cash on delivery we must levy additional charges of 5.50 euros. For deliveries of outside Germany ask our current conditions by e-mail, please.

5. Terms of Payment

The payment of the goods is carried out alternatively by Money Transfer before delivery. We also accept all major Credit Cards,payment processing via PayPal.

6.Returns

In Conformity with the Sales Law we guarantee you an unlimited right of Return within 14 days without detail of Reason. You keep this period by dispatch your repurchase desire in due time to:

The repurchase desire must be carried out in writing (by e-mail or Fax ). The product must be returned stamped sufficiently and packed for certain. The sales contract gets effective only after expiry of the 14-day return period. Important Information: At return of damaged or used goods http://www.hkala.com  is entitled to assert compensation entitlements.

7.Ownership

Goods supplied remain the property of Shweta Vaghela(hkala.com) until full payment has been done.

8. Salvatorian Clause

a.) If customer is a merchant or a public-law entity, or it is subject to public law place of performance and venue for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this legal relationship, shall be Frankfurt/Germany. If customer is residing abroad, or has no place of venue within the country, or has no place of residence, place of performance and venue shall also be Munich/Germany.

b.) In case one or more statements of this contract are invalid or will lose validity the contract as a whole is not affected. Then the contents of the contract adheres to the statutory requirements.
